Millions of Frozen Corn Dogs Recalled Nationwide After Reports of Injuries

Millions of Foster Farms’ chicken corn dogs and turkey on a stick items have recently been recalled due to numerous injury reports, as stated in a statement from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). A comprehensive list of these recalled Foster Farms products includes items purchased by both individuals and institutions, like schools, that were made between July 30, 2024, and August 4, 2025. The FDA is worried that these products might still be in people’s freezers. The affected items will display the establishment code P-6137B on the packaging or the USDA’s inspection mark. Below is a list of the products affected, along with their expiration dates.

If you possess any of the recalled products, it is advisable to dispose of them or take them back to the point of purchase, and to refrain from consuming them. For any additional queries about the recall, you may reach out to Foster Farms’ Consumer Affairs department at 1-800-338-8051, available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, or you can send an email to [email protected].
